New reports reaching us has confirmed that the airplane that crashed was carrying the remains of late former Ondo State governor Olusegun Agagu, his family members and friends of the family. The plane crashed near the Murtala Mohamed Airport shortly after take off this morning. The plane was en-route Akure from Lagos where the late politician was to be buried tomorrow. Report shows that 11 people have been confirmed dead. The condition of the other passengers is still unconfirmed as efforts are been made to recover more bodies from the wreckage. We'll continue updating as soon as we get more info.
